PREPARED. FOR LIFE.
The mission of the Boy Scouts of America is to prepare young people to make ethical and moral choices over their lifetimes by instilling in them the values of the Scout Oath and Law.
Scouting’s programs and outdoor adventures give young people the opportunity and freedom to explore a world beyond the boundaries of everyday life. It presents them with chances to try new things, provide service to others, build self-confidence and develop leadership skills. These experiences not only help Scouts while they are young, but also stay with them throughout their adult lives, growing into exceptional men and women that respect their family, community, religion, country and themselves.
With parent’s and kid’s schedules growing busier every day, Scouting makes the most of what little time parents have to positively impact their kids’ lives.

We had a great kinda meeting this evening as we helped out the community by doing some maintenance and other outdoor stuff, here are the best 3 photos out of the 10 or so. Also more people should have shown up. (You know who you are…..)

Summer Camp
Due to covid finding a summer camp has been hard, this is a list of the webpages of the camps we found best or I found interesting. Camp Gorton seems to be well liked by the troop, Camp Beaumont has been well researched by the adults in our troop and has many scout activities.

SCOUT ME IN!
Some kids avoid obstacles. Scouts overcome them.
Boy Scouts is a year-round program for boys grades 5-12 that provides fun, adventure, learning, and challenges to help them become the best version of themselves.
Boy Scouts is designed to be experienced outdoors but also has a STEM component to encourage the natural curiosity and sense of wonder of youth members.
There is something for everyone in Scouting!
